The lowest floor is home to the game room, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The main floor features just one bedroom with a twin bed and a half-bath. Head upstairs and you will be greeted by three more bedrooms. The main bedroom is to the right and offers a plush king bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. To the left, one bedroom contains a twin trundle, and the other features a bunk bed set with a twin and full bed! These two bedrooms share the full bath in the hallway. Secluded away from it all, this home gives a sense of natural privacy and easy access to Lake Anna. Fishing, swimming, and kayaking will be a great way to soak up some summer sun and take advantage of the cool waters. If you want a bit more action, head over to the local marina and rent a boat to really experience the lake! If the adults want to venture out a bit, wine tasting and breweries are scattered throughout the area including Lake Anna Winery, Coyote Hole Cidery, and Cooling Pond Brewery. Plus, hiking trails abound at Lake Anna State Park just seven miles from home base. THINGS TO KNOW This home is located on the public 'cool' side of the lake. There is a community launch that guests with boats can access. The depth of the water down at the dock for the house is roughly 8ft deep. Firewood is not provided; guests will have to bring their own. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
