The entire stay was wonderful. The communication before, during, and after made the whole process easy. The property itself was wonderful. It had everything you need and things you didn’t know you wanted—pots, WiFi, pool table, arcade games, fire pit. The location is right on the water—We will definitely come back & next time we will use the kayaks. The home is also close to numerous wineries and restaurants, making it an ideal spot to base from. If you’re even thinking about coming to Lake Anna, the Flying Moose Lodge should be at the top of your list for a stay—especially if you have a large group!

I just returned from a long weekend stay at the Flying Moose Lodge. It is an absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views of the lake and greenery. The house had everything we needed and more. We were so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this property!

My visit to the Flying Moose Lodge was the perfect way to kick off fall. The owners did a fantastic job making the Lodge a welcoming vacation destination. From enjoying our morning coffee on an inviting Polywood table overlooking the lake, to a seasonal bonfire at a beautifully hardscaped patio - the Flying Moose did not disappoint. 10/10 a must visit

It is so obvious that the owners take pride in this home. We loved that the downstairs had pool table ping pong table and numerous arcade games. We also enjoyed using the kayaks for some outdoors fun. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed, not one but two coffee machines! Also loved that the grill was top-of-the line! I also love that the owners shared some of their accomplishments in the wall hangings and Coast Guard yearbooks! I felt that I knew them without even being there and I am so appreciative of them offering this home to us!
