Overview
Spend your days swimming, boating, and soaking up the summer sun at this waterfront home on the southwestern shores of Lake Anna. Spacious and full of sunlight, this house has a private dock with a swimming platform, an open deck, a fire pit and a screened porch at the water's edge.
Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck that runs the length of the house, where you can catch the sun coming up over Lake Anna. Head across the lawn to launch the two provided kayaks from the dock, returning home in time for a homemade breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.
This home is full of options for family entertainment, whether you're hosting a lunchtime barbecue on the gas grill, watching TV and playing board games in the great room, or retreating downstairs to the open game room with billiards, foosball, Ping-Pong, and another TV. The HOA also hosts a private marina and tennis courts if you're looking for a bit more activity.

I loved the house. Gave four stars because there were some unclean dishes. But overall, the house was amazing and we had a great stay.
I loved the layout of the property and the amenities provided to make quests feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and even a few spices. Based on an earlier comment, we brought extras but they weren’t needed. The bedrooms are separated on each end of the house, allowing a bit of privacy. However, I would recommend that light sleepers/late risers sleep upstairs as the sound seemed to carry into the king bedroom. The property has a gorgeous view of the lake and the fire pit added to the experience. With games, a pool table, and a ping pong table you won’t be bored. Or you can sit, relax and look at the lake.
A very quiet December stay. The house is very spacious and the view can’t be beat. Great house for groups to enjoy any time of the year!
This is our 2nd stay at this property, our first was in 2022. The location on the lake is beautiful and the water is deep and clean at the dock. The house is a great size for a single family with kids and friends. The amount of rooms and beds worked out perfectly. Having stayed at bigger more expensive homes on the lake you value the location. At the dock there is a sand beach that fish swim right up to. There are no neighbors on one side and the view of the farm across the lake is breathtaking. Sitting out on the deck in the morning for breakfast is a treat. It's not a fancy house, it's more like a regular home that with a few improvements would definitely make it a star property! But the prices for staying at this home are very reasonable for what you are getting, that's why we came back again. We pulled in the driveway at 4:15 and unloaded our cars, within 10 minutes of everything being put away the kids were jumping off the dock into the lake. Make sure you bring plenty of water on your trip, the lake water is very warm in July and August. Honestly the house was used when the sun went down, all day your out at the lake swimming and fishing. Loved our vacation and when we had an issue Vacasa was more than available to address it and make it right! Will keep using their services to find vacation rentals. There is one thing that we had an issue with and that is since this is on the private side you can't rent a boat to go tubing or water skiing! The private side of the lake does not allow commercial businesses to operate on the lake. If you have a boat this property does have access to the local boat ramp and a nice dock to keep it at. Keep that in mind if you want to do water sports while there!
This house was amazing for our weekend getaway. It had plenty of space for our large party of 12 and our 4 fur babies. It had everything we could have wanted or needed to have a good time and keep the kiddos occupied. The view was amazing as well.
