This is a very nice house. It is neat and clean with all the amenities. The property is nice and private, on a small cove with a view of the main channel. Good location, not far from the bridge and shopping areas. We called for service for a couple of very minor items (door sticking, faucet leaking) and they called immediately. Even offered to come out Sunday everning! Called in advance and came out first thing Monday and fixed the issues. A couple of items of note. The putting area is very sloped and not really useable for putting. The one bedroom with the bunk beds has no door, so we improvised. Otherwise, this is one of the nicest spaces we have rented at SML.
