Our stay at the lake was everything we hoped for and more. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the quiet water each morning was incredible — coffee on the deck quickly became our favorite ritual. The hot tub was clean and in perfect working order and our pets enjoyed the fenced in yard. The home had cozy living spaces and beds that made it easy to unwind after long days outside. We spent most of our time enjoying the lake, exploring the area, and just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Check‑in was smooth, communication was clear, and everything worked exactly as expected. It was one of those trips where you don’t have to think too hard — you just show up and enjoy. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable lakeside escape.

We had a wonderful weekend Valentine's Day stay at Pawsitive Retreat! We were there in February, so didn't get to enjoy any watersports, but the hot tub was a great blessing and extremely clean! From check-in to check-out, we did not experience a single issue. The home was clean, well equipped, and cozy. It's difficult to find properties on the lake that are dog friendly and have a fully fenced yard, so this was a huge plus for us as we travel with our furry companion. The house was located on a great spot, nice water views, and quiet neighbors. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The house is beautifully maintained, incredibly clean, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need—kitchen essentials, comfortable furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. One of the biggest highlights for us was how spacious it is. We stayed with three families (15 people total!) and never once felt crowded. There’s plenty of room for kids to play, adults to relax, and everyone to spread out comfortably while still enjoying time together. The lake views and access were fantastic and made for the perfect setting to unwind, whether it was morning coffee or evenings spent together. And for dog owners—this place is a dream! It’s truly dog-friendly, which made the trip even better since our pup was able to enjoy the vacation right along with us. You can tell the owners really care about their guests’ experience. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it made our stay completely stress-free. This is the kind of place you want to return to year after year. We’re already talking about booking again! If you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable, family- and dog-friendly lake house, this is it. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've stayed at several pet friendly properties and this property is by far the best in the area. Every room in the house was clean and inviting with a couple of spacious areas for my dogs to play. The fenced in backyard is a major plus! We could let our dogs out to get some exercise while we sat near the fire pit or walked around with them. And we loved the private road for short walks in the morning and evening. The upper deck is a fantastic place for grilling and hanging out. I also can’t forget about the views of the lake from multiple points of the property. We would go outside in the morning with a cup of morning coffee/tea in hand. Such a lovely way to start the day. We went near the end of September and the ambiance was so tranquil and serene. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house was fantastic! Everything was clean and up to date. Mattresses and furnishings were top notch and the private dock and fire pit area were great for the family to hang out. The paddle boards and kayaks were a plus and swimming by the dock is worry free since it's back in a cove. 10 stars!
