This unique property offers 3 total sleeping areas across the main home and a separate cabin known as the “Cub House.” The main cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the Cub House provides an additional, fun and flexible sleeping space—perfect for kids or adventurous guests.

The Cub House is a one-of-a-kind 12x24 bunkhouse studio designed as a cozy, climate-controlled retreat. Complete with a TV, bar area, arcade system, carpet, and comfortable seating, it creates a fun “glamping-style” experience just steps from the main home. While great for all ages, it's especially popular with kids and young adults. (Please note: the Cub House does not have a bathroom.)

While the property offers multiple sleeping options, the home is best suited for up to 6 guests to ensure comfort and an enjoyable experience for everyone.

A great view of the lake and the hot tub overlooking the lake was fantastic! The kitchen was well-stocked. We stayed during late February but were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather so we could enjoy the large deck. When I saw the rental included a separate "Cub House", I was sold on this rental. Our adult "kids" loved the Cub House and stayed there the entire visit. It was a cozy, fun spot for them to hang. We hope to get back to the Bears Den again in the summer so we can enjoy more of the outdoor accommodations. We were very happy with our stay.

Perfect quiet setting, right on the water and with plenty of space between neighbors. The house was comfortable and came with all of the needed supplies (towels, kitchen items, etc). Hot tub was amazing, as well as the fire pit right next to the water. Highly recommend!

My family and I spent a 4 day weekend (not long enough) at Bear's Den. We had such an amazing and relaxing time on the lake. The house was perfect and cozy, the view was breathtaking and the fish were biting! We absolutely LOVED everything about this visit!

Beautiful view, relaxing atmosphere, cozy home. We had a great time. If you use the tub to shower in, beware, it is very slick. There are only two bedrooms which the pictures made it look like 2 and a studio for sleeping in. The studio is the Cub House and not as pictured (believe they may have changed that). You will enjoy the deck, the hot tub and the kids will love the Cub House. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen has all the essentials. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time.

This house was exactly what we were looking for: clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and dock, and the master bedroom also had a stunning view of the lake. Our stay was midweek - Monday through Friday - and the water traffic was minimal. We plan to return!
