Prepare culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which features all GE Monogram appliances and a gas cooktop. Just outside of the dining area is a lovely seating area that is a perfect place to have morning coffee and relax as the calm lake readies itself for the day's activities. A larger outside porch off the living area is complete with rocking chairs to watch the sunset.

You will also find the primary suite on this level. This suite is spacious and features its own sitting room completely surrounded by casement windows, an exquisite en suite bathroom fully tiled in marble with a large double shower, a large jetted garden tub, separate vanities, and a walk-in closet.
