The cozy living room, which has a TV with Dish Network, opens into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Between the dining table and barstools, the dining area provides seating for the whole group. There is a large screened porch with additional seating for family meals or simply enjoying the lake breeze.

Walking out from the screened porch is the deck with a gas grill. Steps leading down to the stationary boat dock offer a private sitting area, party deck, and floater with room to tie two boats. The quiet cove makes a perfect spot for swimming and fishing.
