This is a beautiful historic home that has been updated. You will love the original hardwood floors that give the house its historic character, but you will also enjoy the modern comforts since both the bathroom and kitchen have been redone very nicely. One bedroom has a king bed. One is a queen. The last room is a semi-private space with no door but offers privacy with a curtain; this space has a double bed. Please note: the guesthouse in the back is rented separately and shares the driveway parking and backyard with the main house.

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.

This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood. I actually live in a separate unit in the back, so I can personally vouch that it is a great neighborhood!

There is no public transportation in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or plan to take cab/Uber.

I live in the unit in the back. It is completely separate from the house you are renting, so you could easily go your entire stay without seeing me, but if you ever need anything, I am right there!

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
