3 bedroom house with a bonus room upstairs that has two twin beds and two full baths will give you and your family plenty of space. Cozy living room with a sofa bed. Fully stocked kitchen that has been recently remodeled with beautiful tile. "Kitchenette" style kitchen, but is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, and microwave. The fenced back yard includes a raised platform patio with picnic table that is great for kids and pets alike. In addition to the bonus room, there are three bedrooms. The first has a queen bed. The second has a queen and a full bed. The final bedroom has king bed. **Parking across the street only or in the drive, DO NOT park on the grass in front of the home. *****PLEASE NOTE: There the house next door is currently under construction and the windows are boarded at this time.*****

Many of these homes are also owned by military and veteran families, which makes hosting guests visiting the area especially meaningful to us. With that charm comes a few natural quirks, such as creaky floors, older windows that may allow slight temperature variation, and original plumbing systems that require a bit of care. We’ve taken great care to ensure the home is clean, comfortable, and fully guest-ready—while preserving the character that makes it special. If you’re looking for a brand-new home, this may not be the best fit, but if you appreciate charm and a unique stay, you’ll feel right at home. Our team is always available during your stay to make sure you’re taken care of. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Please bring your own crib sheet*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
