Whether you want to head right out your front door to take a run around the park, walk for a drink at Midtown Coffee, or simply relax watching your favorite movie on the Roku TV in the living room, this home has exactly what you're looking for! The front porch opens right up to Lakebottom Park, which has a great gravel path around the outside for walking/running. As you first enter the home, you'll notice elegant crown-molding above, complimented by classy decor throughout. The living room has a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space if needed. All three bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom 1 has two full beds and a mantle above the fireplace. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a twin daybed. The kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, mugs, drip coffee pot, etc. for all your cooking needs. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. Please be sure to park on the right side of the driveway as to not block the neighbor's portion. If you'd like to park on the street instead, parking spots are marked on the far-side of the street, right next to the park. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
