The welcoming front porch greets guests with an American flag flying. The front door leads into an open-concept living room and fully-equipped kitchen/dining room space that runs the length of the house. The living room is complete with a pull-out sofa and SmartTV, and the kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The two bedrooms showcase the gorgeous, historic hardwood floors. The master has a king bed, and the second room has a queen bed. Two bathrooms allow guests to share the space with ease. Whether you are in town for the weekend or for an extended period of time, our washer and dryer are there to make your life easier! Don't forget to enjoy the fenced-in backyard, deck, and charcoal grill! The home is located in the historic downtown residential district. Situated right next to Victory Drive, the home provides easy access to Fort Moore. Enjoy a relaxing stroll on the Riverwalk, which is only a short, 3 block walk from the home. For those who enjoy longer walks, downtown Columbus is only a mile away. This home is in the perfect location to explore historic Columbus and the scenic Chattahoochee River.

You can walk to the river walk, to downtown restaurants and bars, and to the convention center and theater, but if you want to leave downtown, you will want to have a car or call a cab/Uber.

We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
