The home was updated, clean, and had all the amenities you need. The added bonus was the loft. The space is small, but it served as a fun and functional bedroom for our 13-year old. The outdoor space is nice as well, and it provides easy access to the Key Colony community, which is fantastic.

What a wonderful time we had at Key Colony Beach. The unit was well equipped, very comfortable, and well maintained. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by. We were close to town, but far enough away that noise was not a factor.
