With beautiful views of the gulf, a brand new pool, and a newly remodeled interior, this open and spacious two-bedroom home is located on a deepwater canal that can accommodate large boats, making it the perfect place to stage a fun-filled vacation with family and friends. Head down to the private dock and untie the boats to take the family out for a day on the water then come home to fire up the private gas grill for a fun-filled barbecue. You'll love spreading out in the living room to watch a good movie on the flatscreen TV while snuggling up on the comfy furniture. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare delicious meals, plus a stacked washer and dryer in case the kids pick up any stains. You can serve six guests on the glass-top dining table and there's nothing like an al-fresco meal out on the balcony. You can take the provided beach towels out to Sunset Park for your afternoons on the sand, and the private pool is a great place to relax whenever you want a break from all the fun. This unit was beautifully appointed and we could see that the owner has worked to improve the property and address concerns stated in reviews. Unfortunately, on every single day of our stay there was construction goin on rehabing the house next door from 8-5, sometimes earlier, sometimes later. Electric saws, pounding, hauling wood, men's voices, truck coming and going. And with so many men and so much activity, we were uncomfortable using the pool and back area until they were gone at night. When we contacted VACASA they offered us a free lunch. They had no other properties available and would not give us a refund. They said that they could not control the noise in the neighborhood. In my previous rentals at another organization, we were notified ahead of time of ongoing construction and given the option to cancel. We were deeply disappointed. So much for our relaxing vacation. We will never rent from VACASA agin. This was a deeply disappointing trip.
