It’s a great place to unwind on the porch after a day of visiting the island. The setup was very nice . I did not smell anything odd here like some other reviews have mentioned. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, location quiet but convenient! There is a social aspect iof the courtyard and really nice for people with little kids because the pool is small but a perfect size for just a warm dip. We rented bikes right next door. Bathrooms were clean and nice. Buy a bottle of wine and hang out!

This felt like a true get away. you could walk outside and you were one block off duval st. we walked everywhere. when you wanted a quiet respite, the courtyard was lovely. well maintained and beautiful.
