This snowbird-friendly studio comes with access to open water via the deepwater docking out back, as well as use of a fish cleaning table. It's been thoroughly and recently remodeled with all-new appliances, furnishings, and flooring for your comfort. Prepare a delicious meal - maybe the fish you caught on your own - and enjoy it alfresco in the outdoor dining area.

Just a few doors down at the Bayview Inn, you'll find a boat ramp, a convenience store, and boat and jet ski rentals. Fishing and diving charters abound as well. Head to Marathon, a short 11-mile drive, to visit attractions such as the Aquarium of the Florida Keys, the Turtle Hospital, the Dolphin Discovery Center, and Crane Point State Park.

I love the updated outdoor space. Although I feel like there should be two dining tables, one on each side.

Beautiful property, the owners really take good care. Very clean. Direct water access off the back deck with visiting pelicans. Comfortable stay and perfectly located in the middle of the keys, short drives to all the sights.
