Very spacious, bright and clean. Quiet location in a lovely setting. Felt safe and secure. Lacked finishing touches, poor quality outside furniture, which is a great pity as it most definitely an outside location. Decking furniture was uncomfortable and worn with rips to the cushions and the wicker was coming apart. It had clearly seen better days. Appliances and inside furnishings were adequate and in good working order. The bedroom was light and airy with an extremely comfortable bed.

We spent 4 months in this well appointed home. We were able to kayak from the canal and walk to Snappers for dinner with live music.

This house is exactly as described. It is comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. It is ideal for a guest with a boat. We did have a problem with the air conditioner when we first arrived. Vacasa had a service man out the very next morning to fix it. We were so pleased with their quick response and resolution of the problem.
