There are many things I love about this house! First of all it is a great location with 70 feet of dock line and just feet away from the bay. This made our month stay fantastic!!! Could jump on and off the boat whenever! The house itself is very spacious and was very clean upon arrival( and departure, too😊). The beds were very comfortable with a plethora of sheets and blankets It is well supplied with towels and beach towels. I really appreciated the 2 refrigerators as well as the ice box. The kitchen was well stocked - pots and pans were in good shape. WiFi , tv, and speakers all worked well. The house had 2 a/c units, zoned for upstairs and downstairs. These worked very well! I think anyone looking to boat the great areas around Key Largo would have a fantastic time here. There are many local beachside restaurants with daily and nightly music nearby - we loved them all. It was a great - went too fast - would definitely recommend and rent there again!

This place is the best. The outdoor space was the best. Spent every beautiful day and night out there. The only thing that was a drag was the refrigerator. It was failing day by day so called it in and it finally got fixed the day before I left. So about three weeks of coolers and buying ice. The Vacasa contact was very apologetic and offered me some reimbursement for ice costs and inconvenience and I haven’t been contacted yet about that but hopefully they come through. So best place ever. Just that one thing 😬

Lots of space but odd 4th bedroom set-up (no interior access). Outdoor dining furniture needs updating. All exterior stairs and railings need updating- they are mostly loose and uneven and tripping hazards. But overall, a positive experience.
