The home is in a great neighborhood on a side street. There's a double driveway so plenty of parking. The pool is small but great. The deck and grill were new! The house is wonderful for a month-long family stay with kids. It's comfortable, quiet, spacious, has great parking, lovely neighbors, and a beautiful backyard. The home needs some TLC and some amenities were missing (little things - dust buster, baking sheets, dish drying rack, bedroom TVs, etc.) but all-in-all we love it. We'll be back for a third year. Thanks!

We enjoyed the home and location so much that we booked it for next year. The home was VERY clean upon check-in. PROS: Double driveway for our van and golf cart/scooter rental, downstairs bedroom and full bath + 2 upstairs bedrooms with full baths, the small pool, the quiet street and location, the neighbors are nice, and Vacasa sent people quickly when we had issues. CONS: the house desperately needs an update and some attention to a handful of major issues. The upstairs Air Conditioning unit leaked for several days and we had an HVAC tech there 3 days in a row. The unit needs to be replaced as the coil is completely rusted. Also - the upstairs hallway lightswitch leaked water in the rain! Which tells me there's a roof leak and an electrical fire hazard. The HVAC tech turned the entire breaker off so we didn't have a hallway light upstairs all month - plus the drywall above the lightswitch was soft to the touch due to water damage. The deck boards our back are popping up with rusty nails coming out. There's only 1 TV in the house (living room), none in the bedrooms. There's very little silver wear. The property feels VERY neglected by the owners and not worthy of the almost 2 million dollar zestimate. ALL THAT BEING SAID... we loved the location, the neighborhood, the parking, the pool, etc. And the price was right. We're coming back neck year and HOPE the major issues are resolved (AC unit leaking + Roof leaking onto electrical light switches. Thanks.
