Great central location. Neighbors are wonderful and very friendly. Easy access to ocean from channel.

I had several issues with this rental, starting with a poorly maintained property that we ended up caring for, 6 weeks of a2 month stay with poor internet service affecting TV viewing as well, and waiting 3 weeks to have the pool pump replaced. I spent over $150 on basics to make the property livable and repaired 18 broken vertical blinds to have some privacy.

The inside was a bit small, although always stayed freezing in there, but your hanging outside most of the time anyways and there?s a great breeze where the tiki hut is. The home and splash pool were very clean. our concern were the SANDFLIES. They were everywhere. We could not stay outside for very long because of them . We came home with hundreds of bites between the 6 of us. also the tv never worked. a program would come on Roku and 10 min later shut off. it did that for entire stay. I think the owner should speak with his cable co.. Thank goodness for Rob the caretaker, he got us towels and a key for the door. All windows and patio doors need replacement. They operate poorly and they are so fogged up you cannot see through. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

First , the rental staff was great about getting back to you promptly! The rental property is in a quiet area but close to many adventures. It was nice to come back and relax by the canal and cook dinner after a long day. The house is newly renovated and clean. Only minor complaints which include: a musty odor on arrival which improved after a few days of letting in some fresh air, air conditioning does not reach the master bedroom and was hot at night, downstairs bathroom was out of order but could still use shower/washer/dryer. Nice new bathroom upstairs connects the bedrooms .Private airstrip runs parallel to front of house and allows small planes to use by the neighbors-was not intrusive-we enjoyed watching the few flights that we did witness.
