IT IS A QUIET PLACE, WHERE WE CAN RELAX AND WITH ALL THE NECESSARY CONDITIONS IN THE HOUSE, IN MY OPINION, THE ONLY NEED IS AN OUTSIDE SINK WHERE IT ALLOWS US TO CLEAN THE FISHING THOSE WHO ARE GOING TO DO THAT SPORT, FOR THE REST EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, CLEANNESS, COMFORTS, IT IS A PLACE THAT I WOULD SAFELY RETURN TO.

Place was clean. Laundry room access key was missing. Vacasa promptly address this problem by notifying the owner & had the access key overnight delivered to me. The beds need to be updated ASAP terrible mattresses & box springs. A BBQ grill, broom & dust pan would be nice along with a swiffer for daily floor up keep. All in all a very nice place. Very clean home, quiet area and very convenient location. We had a great vacation! No troubles with check in or check out. We will book again.

The home was clean, spacious living room and easy to locate (road and dockside). I personally felt the beds were very comfortable, I slept great! Also, air conditioning units were helpful and kept it nice and cool at night. This is a great home to stay at if you’re going to be on the boat constantly, the dock outside is close to the home, not a long distance to bring gear or coolers out to. It has a hose ready and dock line. Although at low tide it is hard to get to the top of the dock if you don’t have a tower on your boat or ladder. But we did so no biggie.

Canal is full of life! Manatees, fish, crab and pelicans that keep it fun to watch. All and all, great location and fits 4 people great!
