Right by the canal with its very own 35-foot dock space and access to the local Cabana Club, this home will be the best vacation home base you ever imagined. The quaint town of Key Colony Beach offers perfect beach living for everyone. Catch a charter and go find some dolphins, or rent some scuba gear and seek out some colorful fish. Fishing is also big in these parts, so grab a rod or two and catch your dinner! Enjoy access to the local Cabana Club with a shared pool, private beach access, and a lounge/wet bar. The small-town atmosphere of Key Colony Beach is charming and welcoming. Since the town is so compact, you'll have no issues navigating to parks and restaurants. Being right by the canal will make your vacation feel extra relaxing (please note that this rental is one-half of a duplex.). Set in neutral tones, this home's living room offers plush seating and tons of natural light. You'll feel right at home with access to cable and WiFi. The completely renovated kitchen will prove perfect for chefs and non-chefs alike. With designer countertops, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances, it is upscale but comfortable. Outside on the deck is a gas grill for barbecues. There are even laundry facilities available for your convenience.

Hi VACASA We rate the Key Colony Beach 571 9th Street .. Canal Side Charisma .. as a solid 4 Star house. The house was very nice and very well appointed. It is quite spacious and the appliances are top notch. The furniture is abundant and comfy as are the beds. The view of the canal is magnifico. All issues that we encountered were promptly addressed by the VACASA local support team. To boost our rating to 5 Stars .. please address the outdoor lighting of the duplex. It is too bright on both the ground and porch levels. We could leave our outdoor lights off because those next door lit up our yard area and patio. Provide a couple folding beach chairs. Address the recyclables issue

This was our second year staying here. The house is very well stocked with everything you’d need. It is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed having access to the Cabana Club We would highly recommend it

This is our second time renting this house and hopefully won’t be our last . The house is well stocked and very clean . We love the new dock and the balcony views . The long driveway allows us to park our boat trailer underneath the house .This is by far one of the best ones we have stayed at in Key Colony !!
