The covered patio alongside the carport makes a beautiful setting for afternoon cocktails, sunset dinners, and card games on balmy evenings. Inside, enjoy an open first floor with a smart TV, a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and two dining tables. The upstairs bedroom has another smart TV and is cooled by central air-conditioning, but you can also slide open the glass doors to let in the sea breeze at night.
