Hawkins Lookout is especially appreciated for its stunning setting and convenient access to both offshore and gulf side waters. The west-facing position delivers perfect sunsets and a stunning view that makes it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Florida Keys.

You’ll be wowed by the incredible, 180-degree views of Cudjoe Bay at this three-bedroom home in Cudjoe Key. Completely remodeled inside and out, this high-end home boasts an expansive wrap-around deck, multiple outdoor seating areas, and two private docks that are ideal for fishing or mooring a small boat.

Vaulted ceilings soar above the welcoming living area. Take in the dramatic bay views, watch a movie on the 36-inch flatscreen TV, or rack up the nearby pool table. You can also flex your culinary muscles in the ultra-modern kitchen, boasting glossy white cabinetry, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and an island that seats four - a wonderful spot for casual dining. A dark wooden dining table accommodates six as well.

Outside on the wrap-around deck, you can sip morning coffee at the bistro tables or savor al fresco meals around the eight-person dining table. The view is stunning and easy access to the open water!

First of all, the Vacasa staff was amazing and answered all of our calls with a prompt response and follow up repairs. Since the owner does not like to maintain the house, Vacasa had to come out multiple times to fix or repair issues. They came out immediately to address an ant problem when we checked in, came by twice to fix two broken toilets, sent an AC repairman to fix the broken HVAC, sent their own people to get the TV working and replace a DVR box, sent out another repairman to fix the dishwasher, then ATT had to come fix the TV again twice. There is still a leak from the upstairs bath into the downstairs bath that needs to be resolved and some lighting switch problems that need to be looked at by an electrician. All in all, the location is great, just too bad that the owner neglects and ignores glaring problems and leaves Vacasa to deal with the guests.

This property was exactly as shown in the photos, and was perfect for our family. The location is great, quiet but then Key West is less than a half hour if you want a change of pace. Cudjoe Bay is perfectly situated if you want to fish, with easy access to offshore or gulf side depending on your preference. It is located a short distance from Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary if you like to snorkel. We brought kayaks and a boat and spent a beautiful month on the water! And the yard has plenty of space to store your boat trailer, no problem. Also, the house faces due west so we had perfect sunsets every night. It was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful FL Keys. (The only FYI I would add is the only access is up a full flight of stairs, so if that?s a consideration for anyone in your group, I would check that out) This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
