Welcome to 202 Admirals Lane, The Southernmost Comfort House — a private 3-story, 5 bedroom / 4 full bathroom vacation home in the gated Truman Annex community of Old Town Key West.

Property Layout: Three stories, 3,148 sq ft on a 4,986 sq ft lot (0.11 acre). Main floor: living, formal dining, gourmet kitchen, sunroom, full bath. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. 3rd floor: private ensuite bedroom.

Private Outdoor: In-ground private pool with waterfall feature, outdoor shower located poolside, patio with formal outdoor dining, gas grill, lush landscaping with palms & banana trees. Fenced for privacy. Detached 2-car garage with auto door opener + off-street parking for 2 vehicles.

Location: Exclusive Truman Annex — gated, manned security, small cul-de-sac close to Duval Street. Walking distance to Southernmost Point, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, Aquarium, Mallory Square.

28-Day Minimum — City of Key West Compliant Rental:

This home is licensed for 28-day minimum stays only in accordance with City of Key West transient rental regulations. No weekly stays permitted.

This is a stunning home in a terrific neighborhood. We didn’t expect to find an inadequate level of cleanliness (beer bottles under the bed, dead insects upstairs, and debris in the pool). We were challenged to negotiate the garage door as it was not operational during our stay. We don’t receive any house specific information, so operating the air conditioning was a mystery as was accessing the neighborhood at night. We made numerous calls to the management company.

The location is excellent and the large house can accommodate a big family.

This home had plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids with room for more. It was nice having separate living areas for kids and adults to play! We enjoyed the heated pool. The location was perfect for us as it was close to pretty much everything. Make sure you have the key to the gates which lock at 6pm. We didn’t have a key the first night and got locked out which was a bit frustrating with two tired kids but we eventually made it back and got a key the next morning. Make sure to stop by Hank’s for the best live music and casual food.
