Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds, AC works great

Nice two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Beds were comfortable, great to have a refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. We had everything we needed. Bathrooms do have soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. We enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the morning enjoying our coffee and just relaxing. Biggest perk for us was having free parking spaces. We ended up driving down, so had our car and rented a golf cart.

Just a block from Duval, this place was perfect for all of our adventures! The guest book had a ton of great tips and we appreciated the low maintenance check out instructions.

The unit is very quaint; the neighborhood quiet. The unit was large enough to accommodate 6 people, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and a pull-out sofa). It was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The entrance to unit is a side entrance. We were given a code to enter the unit with no issues there (there's a QR code to help you navigate the lock if you get stuck). There are about 4 small steps to enter the rental. There are no closets in either bedroom. There's a long metal rod with 3 hangers in each room. That was plenty for us. We used the 2 nightstands on either side of our beds to put away some of our stuff. There are 2 bathrooms and they both looked modern unlike the rest of the house. The furniture in the house looked a bit dated but it was functional. There was a starter welcome kit when we arrived. It had dish soap and a sponge for the dishes amongst other things that didn't make sense for this rental, such as dishwasher detergent but there's no dishwasher. There were plenty of towels for everyone as well as beach towels. There was plenty of toilet paper as well. They provided us with 2 sets of shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. There were 2 sets in each bathroom, plenty to start with. And 2 hairdryers, one in each bathroom! There was a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans and kitchen supplies. There was no washer/dryer or dishwasher in the unit. There are 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. It was plenty comfortable to keep the place cool. There was an iron and ironing board as well. There was a nightlight in every room and bathroom. They thought of everything! Even a full size mirror in the common area. The location was perfect. It's only one block from Duval Street and everything else was within an 18 to 20 minute walk. It was great to have free parking right in the back yard of the unit. We left our car in the parking spot and walked everywhere. Sitting on the front porch to soak up some sun and the "feel" of the town as people walked by or rode by on their bikes was a highlight of the rental. There's also a side porch that was more in the shade to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Overall, it was a great place to stay on our mini getaway.

We really didn't love very much but the location of the home is good. But there is no railing on the steps into or out of the house, the window air conditioner in the main room is positioned very high and it's hard to reach the controls. That same unit is dangerously close to falling out and hitting someone as they exit the unit.
