Rating
Excellent location for Santa Fe. Really can’t beat how walkable it is to all the sights and shops. However, cleanliness of the condo was subpar. The bathrooms appeared to either have been skipped during their last cleaning, or rushed. Floors were also quite dirty, as were the stairs and rugs. Overall a decent option if walkability is your top concern.
Cozy, quaint and close to downtown.
Loved the vintage home and the courtyard was very nice place for the dogs to hang out. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Upper rooftop deck was great spot to hang out.
Charming place with good privacy, separated bedrooms and outdoor space, and New Mexico decor. The main selling point is its excellent location, with parking and walking distance to the Plaza and all the restaurants and shops. For the price we paid, this place could use an upgrade in some of the guest amenities and condition of the kitchen, etc.
Easy walk to the Plaza. Great personal service when the AC went out. The owner offered to reduce the daily rate, but we had beautiful, cool days and nights. No AC was needed. Very nice property. The only change I would suggest would be to get a “smart TV” that is connected to the internet. Then guests could access their streaming services and watch movies (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.).
The location is great and it is nice to have two en suite rooms however, the air conditioning didn't work (and we found out that they knew about the problem well ahead of time) and we were given the runaround for the entire stay. We needed to sleep with the windows open and fans going full blast, which aggravated one of the guests' sinus issues. They issued us a partial refund after the end of our stay. The wifi is very spotty.
