This home does not have air-conditioning, which is rarely needed at this elevation. The home has multiple levels and stairs, including a loft sleeping area. The driveway is unpaved and may be uneven; snow markers are installed for winter. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended in winter due to snow and ice.
