You can travel one mile and a half south to the Angel Fire Country Club, which offers a seasonal 18-hole course and a restaurant. Try hiking at Cimarron Canyon and fishing on the Red River, which are between 23 and 30 miles away respectively, while Lower Taos Canyon is 45.5 miles from the home.
