Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin, the game room, the front porch, the back deck, and the expansive yard. Self check-in is handled smoothly via a lockbox; entry details are provided prior to your arrival. Ample parking is available in the private driveway. Please park responsibly and ensure clear access. Street parking is strictly prohibited by the Village of Angel Fire. In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD along with tire chains may be required, as local mountain roads can become steep, snow-packed, or icy. The neighborhood The cabin is situated in a highly desirable, quiet Angel Fire neighborhood running right along the resort's golf course. It strikes the perfect balance between open mountain space and convenient access to town. Ski lifts, village restaurants, local shops, and hiking trails are all just a short drive away, while the backyard itself opens directly onto the manicured fairway where wildlife frequently roams. Getting around A vehicle is highly recommended to easily access the property and fully experience Angel Fire, Eagle Nest Lake, and the wider Enchanted Circle loop. Driveway parking is provided on-site. Remember that street parking is not permitted anywhere within the Village of Angel Fire. During the winter months, please be prepared with a 4WD/AWD vehicle or tire chains to safely navigate snow-packed or icy mountain roads. Other things to note • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors on the course. • Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • All guests must abide by the good neighbor policy and refrain from any illegal activity. • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. • This property is dog-friendly (please inquire about specific pet guidelines prior to arrival). • The home features heating for the cooler months and partial/central AC options to keep you comfortable during summer days. • A private washer and dryer are available for your convenience, with laundry soap provided. • The property includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for your laptops. • The home is equipped with safety essentials, including a smoke alarm.
