Self check-in is available via a lockbox for easy, flexible arrival; entry details are provided before your stay. Parking is in the driveway and upper lot for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in the upper lot and do not block access to the lower outbuilding. Street parking is prohibited by the Village of Angel Fire. In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD and tire chains may be needed, as roads can be steep, snow-packed, or icy.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed at this home. This home is not air-conditioned; the cool mountain climate keeps it comfortable, and it is heated in cooler months. The greenhouse and outbuilding are off-limits and not for guest use. For your awareness and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property (facing the driveway and entrances) and a Ring video doorbell. There are no cameras inside the home. An exterior noise-monitoring device is present to help ensure quiet hours are respected; it does not record audio. The home is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Entry is via a lockbox; details are provided before arrival. Parking is in the driveway and upper lot (up to 4 vehicles); street parking is not allowed. In winter, 4WD or AWD may be required due to steep or snow-packed roads.
