Bathrooms Mountain Meadows Views offers two full bathrooms: an ensuite off the king bedroom with a tub/shower combination, and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower, both stocked with fresh towels and standard bath amenities. Living Areas The open living room is anchored by a stone fireplace and a large flat-screen TV, with comfortable seating and a sliding door to the private balcony. Big windows fill the space with light and frame the mountain views. Kitchen & Dining The full kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, range, oven, and microwave, plus a quartz breakfast bar that seats four, perfect for casual meals after a day of skiing or hiking. Guests have full access to the condo and its private balcony. This is a single-level, ground-floor unit (#103) in the Mountain Meadow complex. Self check-in is available; check-in details are sent before arrival. Parking is available on site, including a covered carport space.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • This condo does not have air conditioning; the mountain climate stays cool, and the unit has heating for winter. • The condo is a single-level, ground-floor unit. • There is no in-unit washer or dryer; a laundromat is nearby. • This condo is not pet-friendly. • The minimum age to book is 21. • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • No smoking, parties, or events. • TVs are provided; please log in with your own streaming credentials. • Parking in the lot is available on a first come, first served basis. There is also a dirt area across the street from the condo building without a “No Parking” sign. Please keep in mind that we cannot confirm whether parking in that area is permitted or guarantee that vehicles will not be towed, so guests should park at their own discretion.
