The condo is in a very good location with views to the west. The deck was a nice place for cocktails in the afternoon.

Condo is perfectly nice and great location for Angel Fire resort. Super frustrating to be duped by a wildly inaccurate ad. It’s a nice place - there is no need to blatantly lie. First of all, this place does not sleep 4. It sleeps 3 adults - BADLY. The “queen sofa bed” is a HARD FUTON that barely fits an adult. I’m 5’4” / 105lb female and I barely fit on it. Just say it sleeps 2 adults. Why lie and make a bad experience for your guests? The master bedroom is fine, but only has a bathtub - no shower at all. Also is in bad need of a ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom had a completely non-working toilet. We could hear it running before we even entered the unit, which means it was broken, no one fixed it, and then rented the unit as “2 bathrooms” anyways. Highly unethical and very disruptive as the extra guests (bc we were falsely led to believe it slept 4) had to come into the master continuously thru the night to use a working toilet. Unit was supposed to have a keypad entry which would have been great for multiple guests on the trip. Unfortunately, keypad was broken (we were not notified of this - only learned while unsuccessfully checking in), and there is only ONE key. Which means people could not come and go easily, AND maintenance could not come fix the toilet bc we had the only key and didn’t feel like sitting in the condo waiting for them to arrive whenever they damn well pleased during our 2 day trip. I can attest that the support line works bc we had to call it to gain entry and then again about the toilet, but expect to wait 10-15 min on hold to get someone on the line. Again, very frustrating and would be wildly inconvenient during a cold winter storm. Also, when I did talk to a property manager, Alex, about the issues, she all but blamed me! “The keypads been broken for a while, that should’ve been in the notes.” Well, Alex, I received no less than 7 emails about my booking and everything talked up the use of the key pad. ZERO mention about a broken key pad. Also, she questioned whether or not the toilet was really broken! “Did you open the back of the tank, and see if it’s easy to fix?” Actually, I did. Perhaps I’ll send an invoice bc now I’m supposed to be a plumber?!?! It’s running constantly and won’t even flush. I’ve already done more than I need to as a PAYING GUEST. Lastly, did yall learn nothing from the demise of Airbnb? Why would you charge a “cleaning fee” that is MORE than the room rate and then threaten extra surcharges if we don’t take out the trash or do the dishes?? Highway robbery. Honestly, stay at a hotel in Taos - between the fraudulent ad, the broken crap, the limited and slow support, and the extra fees, you’ll have a better experience, and you’ll save money. The unit itself was fine. It could be a great rental with the right management and an accurate description.

We loved our time in Angel Fire at Mountain Meadows Views. Everything was so clean, the kitchen and pantry very well stocked, and the views incredible! Would definitely recommend.

Cabin has a wonderful view and walking distance from great restaurants.

Great customer care, love the location of this home, live flowers, balcony, hummingbird feeder, we were able to see the hummingbirds, very nice set up, we really enjoyed our stay!!!
