This condo is in a great location and so close to the slopes, easily walkable to hop on Dream Catcher to start your day skiing. The view from all three balconies is nice and the condo is cozy, though somewhat dated. It provided plenty of room for our party of four (including two teenagers). We were able to stay in and cook dinner and do laundry most nights, which was nice, and it was easy to ski in for lunch when we wanted. Proximity to the slopes is definitely a selling point for this property.
I decided to give skiing a try for the first time in my thirties. The skiing didn't go so well, but it was nice to have such a close and comfortable condo to crawl back to after the slopes.
With in walking distance to the lift.
The layout of the condo was great with the parents downstairs and kids upstairs. Previous reviews mentioned problems with the heat. Lows were in the 20s during our stay and heat wasn't an issue. There are portable space heaters we could have used if needed. Ski in / ski out might be a bit of a stretch but you could walk to the slopes. If there was lots of snow you could probably ski out from the far end of the property onto Dreamcatcher. We drove to public parking which was only 2 minutes away.
This condo had beautiful views of the Sangre de Christo mountains. It was a lovely base for our adventures in New Mexico. We came home to a comfortable spot to relax and cook. The bathrooms had lots of counter space which you do not find very often.
