Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted. No smoking, parties, or events. Dogs are welcome (1 dog, up to 50 lbs) with prior approval and any applicable pet fee. Please pick up after your pets. This home does not have air-conditioning; it stays comfortable with mountain air, ceiling-height windows, and baseboard and radiant heating in cooler months.
