Family of 4 stayed here for spring break. The location of the cabin is amazing! About everything else was somewhat disappointing. This is a rustic cabin. Small rooms, bathrooms, old furniture, and lots of steps. The master bedroom is very small, not much storage, uncomfortable mattress, old bedding, no curtains. Living room furniture needs upgrading badly. We did enjoy the hot tub every evening. Kitchen is functional but could use some more utensils like scissors, plastic cups, etc. And you need to bring anything you might other than salt and Folgers coffee. Our kids enjoyed the loft area and having their own bathroom. Could use a tv or something up there. There is quite a bit of road noise since it’s RIGHT on the highway. All in all, we were fine here, but for the price, it was not worth it to us.
This is our second time to rent this house and I honestly could go back once a year. Location is perfectly close to TSValley but far away enough from towns to be tranquil. Even though the furniture is not modern or new, it suites the house and is great for not worrying about a kid messing it up. Love the huge kitchen table and the window overlooking the forest below. Grab your coffee and take a dip in the hot tub for a morning wake up. We will be back!
Beautiful cabin tucked away in between mountain peaks with a small river close enough to walk to.
Great cabin and location is close to ski village. House is lacking maintenance and upkeep. Furniture was not comfortable.
Great location to Taos ski valley!
This cabin is a very short drive to the ski valley and is tucked neatly into the mountain forest. The river that runs along the side of the road can be heard from the property, and the views are breathtaking. The pictures do not give the hot tub area justice! There is a privacy fence built from surrounding wood logs that blocks out the road and other properties, leaving just you and nature as you soak. We WILL be staying here again!
