Let me start by saying I never write a review for VRBO / AB&B. For this rental I’ll make an exception. We initially reached out before our stay on the VRBO app regarding check in and received no response. The first day we realized the washer was not working and reached out via text in the app to contact the host. Again no initial response and then a delayed automated non sense response. Since you can text or call we chose to call the number by clicking in the app only to get a recording that the number has changed and to call another number. Why not change the fucking number in the app? Eventually spoke to someone to send out a repairmen. No one ever arrived during the entire stay. Next let move on to the house. I give this rental 3 stars. Two for the location as it is ski in and ski out. One star for working wifi. The house seems to have been built in the 1950 and updated sometime in the 1980s. Yes there is one small bathroom. I’m not sure how or why it really matters the place can sleep 8 since there is no way more than 2 people can live with one tiny bathroom. The hot water heater must by 10 gallons big as it is just enough for one person to shower before the hot water runs out. With just the two people staying during this rental, we still have to stagger times to shower so as to give time for the hot water to return. Yes the location is good for skiing. The 1980s kitchen is accompanied byTeflon everything and plastic plates that are not microwave safe. Hope the next renter finds this helpful. I don’t really see this as a VRBO issue but rather the “host” is Vacasa of NM. I would very hesitant to stay at any property that they over see given how they responded during the stay. Just know, you’re on your own. Enjoy.

Great porch to sit on to enjoy the summer breeze. Interior could use a central overhead light in the main area plus a fan for summer months.
