The house is perfect for a family with kids as the kids can stay upstairs and parents downstairs. However when we had a problem it was never resolved and the managment would say someone was on the way and noone ever came to fix issue. I had to fight with 5 phone calls to get it resolved and partially refunded for a HORRIBLE inconvenience (after I was told it would be automatic upon check out and that late checkout was proved even though it was never entered and doors locked) . If the house had a different management, I would stay again. However, I will never rent from this company again. Everyting that was told to us, not a single componet was followed through the entire stay which is very dissapointing.
