Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, both yards, the covered back deck, and the private washer and dryer. Self check-in is available via lockbox, making arrival simple and flexible. Entry instructions are provided before your stay. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, two in the gravel driveway and one in the carport behind the home. Please note the shared access road behind the home must stay clear, as it provides access to a neighboring lot. A vehicle is helpful for day trips to Taos Ski Valley and the Rio Grande Gorge.

At about 7,000 feet, days are sunny and summer evenings stay refreshingly mild.

The Plaza is an easy walk from the front door. A vehicle is recommended for day trips to Taos Ski Valley, the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, and surrounding sights, with free parking for up to three cars at the home.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. This home is not pet-friendly. No smoking, parties, or events. This home does not have air conditioning; it is rarely needed thanks to mild summers at about 7,000 feet. Ceiling fans are provided in the living room and both bedrooms. For your awareness, an exterior noise-monitoring device is on site to help ensure quiet enjoyment for the neighborhood; it monitors decibel levels only and never records audio. The home sits on a shared access road that also serves an occupied lot behind the property, common in the Historic District; a privacy fence keeps the home secluded, and the easement should be kept clear.
