Sleep soundly in a king-size bed in the primary suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide excellent views. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and includes an additional half bath that can be accessed from the living area.

The second bedroom is outfitted with three twin-size beds and a flat-screen smart TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Home was beautiful in a great area. Felt like we were alone in the woods. Could see ski slope from living room.

The house itself is great. We had several problems that nobody resolved. 1) no TV remote; 2) WiFi code was wrong so we could not use it; 3) nobody told us 4WD was necessary to reach the house until after the cancellation deadline; 4) alarm system went off in the middle of the night and we were never told the code. We called and emailed several times about the problems and nobody gave us any meaningful help. We were told we would receive a discount but never got one.

We enjoyed our stay at this unique and wonderfully appointed home high in the Sangre de Christo mountains. We have stayed in other mountain properties and the views to be had here were as good we have seen anywhere. The does and fawns grazing outside made it even more memorable for us. Even though we were just starting to adjust to the altitude by the end of our stay, we had everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there. Upon arrival, everything was clean and ready for our stay. Everything in the house worked perfectly and the check-in/check-out process was great.
