The condo is clean, well supplied, and includes a kitchen that is great for easy meals. Its standout appeal is the exceptional walkability, with easy access to the slopes, village, restaurants, shops, grocery, and base area. Guests also appreciated views of the slopes and the convenience of nearby shared facilities such as the hot tub, laundry, and trash area. Additional highlights include a mud and ski room, a fireplace, and a loft that guests especially enjoyed.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the convenient full kitchen. Helpful gadgets include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.
Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for two or gather together at the dining table for four.
BED & BATH
This two-story townhome sleeps six guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
The airy bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king bed, and a flat-screen TV. A bonus loft provides two twin beds for additional sleeping space (accessed by a ladder).
The bathroom holds a separate vanity and a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Admire the Ski Valley slopes and tranquil Lake Fork River from your scenic private balcony, furnished with a table for three.

LOCATION
Enjoy a ski-in/ski-out locale at the base of the resort slopes -- equipment rental shops and après-ski dining are just steps away.
In warmer months, walk to the Bull of the Woods Mountain trailhead or hike to New Mexico’s highest point -- the Wheeler Peak trailhead is within a 10-minute drive.

Second time staying here. Perfect location to the slopes and base activities. We will be back.
The location simply could not have been better. We have small children so being able to walk everywhere was amazing. The condo itself was wonderful, love all the artwork and furnishings. Very comfortable.
Quick hop to the slopes and village + hot tub!
We stayed in unit 10 in the North SDS Complex. Lovely, comfortable condo about 2mins walk to Lift 1. Mere steps to Cids grocery, the ice rink and all the shops/restaraunts. Convenient access to the hot tub, laundry and trash bins which were literally around the corner from our front door. Kids loved the loft and fireplace. Kitchen was clean and great for pancake breakfasts and spaghetti night. Will definitely stay here again!
