We had everything we needed for a great stay!
Loved the comfort of the home. It was in a safe area. We stayed in the winter and the house stayed very warm
We really enjoyed our stay here. House was just as described with fun decor, comfortable sectional sofa and beds, fluffy white towels, Mountain View’s, and beautiful sunsets. The hot tub was ready to use and we made good use of the fire pit too. Appreciate the extra towels and blankets! The house was about 15 min from town where we found a variety of grocery stores.
We loved staying in this home. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially liked how quiet it was. Even with houses surrounding us, we seldom heard the neighbors. The area is also very dark at night--perfect for laying back in the hot tub and looking at the night sky! We would love to stay here again if we are in the area.
The land and surrounding view are stunning. The house was sweet and comfortable, particularly the master bedroom. Unfortunately the home had not been cleaned at all when we arrived. I documented the state of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and noted some basic supplies that weren’t there - dish sponges and paper towels. Although they assured me they would drop these supplies off, they never did. I reached out to Vacasa a total of 4 times, each time receiving an empty promise that someone would return my call to discuss a rate adjustment or cleaning fee refund. No one ever called. It was only after writing a firm text message to their automated service, that a robot got back to me in clumsy language, saying I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Still waiting on that, we shall see.
