• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • This home does not have air conditioning; the high-desert climate stays cool, and ceiling fans and windows keep it comfortable. • The cast-iron wood stove is available for guest use; firewood is not provided but is easy to find at Taos grocery and hardware stores. • Pets: We are dog-friendly, up to 1 dog, with prior approval and any applicable pet fee. • The minimum age to book is 21. • Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
