In the living areas, a 49-inch smart TV and comfortable sofas make it easy to stream shows and movies, while a central wood-burning fireplace and several cozy sitting areas are arranged to catch the home’s views. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.

Wildlife (deer, foxes, rabbits, birds) visit the property frequently. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts.
