As a guest, you also have access to Sea Ranch community amenities including the pools, tennis courts, fitness center, and miles of trails. A recreation pass will be provided.

Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers. Gualala is a quick 10-minute drive south for groceries, dining, and fuel. For a scenic outing, Jenner and Bodega Bay are further down Highway 1.

It's also only eight miles south of the Sea Ranch Golf Links, nine miles from the shops and restaurants of Gualala, and 28 miles from the Point Arena Lighthouse and Museum. This home is also just 58 miles south of Mendocino - the perfect day trip for those in search of a majestic coastal drive along California Highway 1. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.

The wood stove is not a listed amenity of this home. For safety, children staying in this home be eight years of age or older. Sea Ranch has three recreation centers with heated pools, saunas, and tennis courts. Access passes are provided with your stay -- check availability upon arrival as these shared amenities can be popular during peak times. Exterior lighting is minimal by design to preserve the stunning dark sky -- bring a flashlight for evening walks and enjoy some of the best stargazing on the California coast. December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon. Up to 1 dog are welcome.
