Rating
The house is a little dated, but the ocean view from indoors or outdoors is SPECTACULAR.
We have stayed at this home several times and think of it as home away from home. We like this simplicity, convenience and location. That being said we had really looked forward to our recent stay, however, upon arrival, we were disappointed to be surrounded by construction on all sides, including the adjoining yard, which had sawing, hammering & construction deliveries on forklifts seven days a week from 7 AM to 5 PM. The view was still enjoyable, but was more challenging to relax with the very audible construction noise happening immediately next-door, and across the street.
This was our second stay, and it was just as great as the first time. I highly recommend this rental for the value, it's got the best view in all of sea Ranch and still has that funky northern California charm. We are so grateful to the hosts for sharing it with us.
The layout, size and view.

Wonderful place with amazing ocean view. You need to have at least queen beds though. Double beds are too small.
