Best for guests aged 18 and up due to the proximity of the bluffs. Good to know: this home is in a neighborhood that is prone to seasonal visits from ants. We always try to be as proactive as possible when dealing with this issue. December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. April through June brings stunning wildflower displays along the bluffs and throughout Gualala Point Regional Park. The warmest months run June to September. Coastal fog is common early in the day but gives way to sunshine by afternoon.
