This contemporary getaway boasts soaring, exposed beam ceilings with skylights and plenty of windows for natural light all day. Prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen and then meet up in the cozy living area where you can build a warm fire in the raised hearth wood stove and watch your favorite movies and shows projected on a pull-down screen. A propane wall heater adds supplemental warmth throughout the space. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Spread out across 3 bedrooms -- the master features a king bed for a truly restful night. Additional sleeping includes 2 queen beds. Altogether, the home comfortably sleeps 6. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, roughly 90 minutes east. A car is recommended. Highway 1 offers one of California's most spectacular coastal drives.

Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. An electric car charger is available for guest use. Visit in spring for wildflower season -- the hills above Gualala and the river trails burst with lupine and California poppies. June through September brings the warmest weather. Morning fog is part of the charm -- it usually clears to reveal blue skies. You're welcome to bring one dog (up to 50 lbs.). Please keep your dog on a leash while using the trails and clean up after them. Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.
