This house was so beautiful inside and out. The pictures did NOt do it justice. It was super comfortable and had all the right things, was well appointed. The book nook was our favorite spot. We had some issues with the gas fireplace and the hot water turning off a couple times but the house manager was on it immediately so it was not very disruptive. Because they were so available it was not a problem. The beds were super comfortable which is another plus. Would definitely come back again. Love the town of Gualala and being able to walk to cooks cove is really great! We Loved this place a lot.

Great property, and I'm providing 5 start - BUT ... the listing is inaccurate. The third living space (described as the 'loft') is actually a separate little ADU with a futon and half bath, and requires walking outside and up the hill to access the residence. Also the primary suite has no closed door. It is actually a loft, and is open to the main living area. It is not sound-proof. It is visually private, but the property is best for a couple or for a well acquainted group.
