House was wonderful and well furnished. Great place for 4 people and ocean/beach views were fantastic. Hot tub was perfect with amazing show of stars! We would definitely rent again in the future.
Really cool spot, just make sure to ask them to make sure the place is clean outside and inside. Inside was spotless upon arrival but the pizza oven and the back yard was covered in soot, leaves and spider webs. Vacasa was responsive and had someone out to clean while we were at dinner one night, but we were unable to enjoy th patio for the first day and a half because my wife is deathly afraid of spiders and I had no intention to clean their many cobwebs on my vacation. No Blackstone available on the main house but looked like it was available in the guest suite we just had no access to that unfortunately. Also, they have an EV charger that's not advertised that would've been nice to know about as we opted to drive our gas vehicle instead of potentially losing out on lengthy charges or charging stations being few and far between.
The place was comfortable with a great view from the living room desk. You had everything in the kitchen to cook/bake. Our fav part was then hot tub on the deck. It was raining a lot so having the tub to soak in while being outside allowed us to stay in longer. It was very quiet and you hardly saw any cars and people. The supermarket was a one min drive and walking distance to everything in Gualala town. We went on some great hikes on beaches that were 10-15mins away. Recommended The Cafe at Sean Ranch. I did not know the bedrooms were downstairs and the living space was upstairs so quite a few steps to climb. The two bedrooms had to share one bathroom downstairs which layout was odd and not very private for the room next to it. I just used the upstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet so it was not a big issue. I would like to see a cord of firewood versus having none. It was only $13 at the store. Other than that, we had a fantastic time! It was hard to leave.
Loved the home, great views, very comfortable and had fun playing pool, shuffle board and sitting by the fire pit!
The view is great, the kitchen is well stocked, the furniture and beds are comfortable the backyard area is amazing
