Overall, my family of six had a wonderful vacation and would rebook this unit for a future vacation. Some of the pros include: -Great location! Close proximity to public beach, shopping, restaurants. Easy walk or bike if you choose not to drive. -plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable in the unit -Well stocked kitchen if you choose to prep meals -overall very clean upon entry, but could use some TLC in less obvious areas -Great pool that was never busy during our stay, plenty of chairs in both sun and shaded areas -assigned parking made it easy to always have a spot in front of the unit Some areas for improvement: -the Wi-Fi was super annoying to connect to. Each time, required a login to Vacasa. -the only entry to the pool was using a narrow spiral staircase off the back patio of the unit. -not related to the unit, but the closest public beach (Coligny) was extremely busy during our stay. We usually arrive around 10 AM and could rarely find a decent size spot for our cabana, towels etc.

Great location, easy access. Exactly what we hoped for!

We had high hopes but were disappointed. The entire place needs a good cleaning. There were food crumbs all over the kitchen table, the rugs are dirty, the sofa felt dirty and the walls are dirty as well. The location was good but overall this condo needs an overhaul. The neighbor (who lives next door permanently) has a dog that barked a majority of the time as well.
