The private balcony makes for the best place to drink your morning coffee as the sun rises through the Spanish-mossed trees. Overall, the unit is good. It doesn’t seem like it’s being properly maintained, so it needs some maintenance done, but besides that, the location and views are great, and overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

Vacasa employees were very nice when checking in to get parking passes and when I needed help with WiFi. The house was in the perfect location to all of our needs. The House was very clean and had everything you could need on our stay. I would definitely rent this house again and I recommend anyone visiting Hilton Head to check out this house or any other rental properties with Vacasa.

Overall the stay was Good “But” few points for future considerations. Right from the day one i had to call Vacasa for each and every detail. 1)The instruction for the lock wasn’t clear 2) No wifi password provided in the instruction 3) The house did not have any activities for kids when its clearly mention that its a family of 6 with two kids. 4)The kitchen was okay with vessels with not much condiments except for salt and pepper. 5) Just one welcome kit for 5 days which include 2 washing machine packets and 1 dish washer packet. 6) Expect sudden water cuts with no proper information. 7) No proper instructions for linen storage. 8) Finally just 1 trash bag for a group of 6 staying there for 5 days. Called Vacasa who confirmed they will send additional trash bags through local team but no one showed up. Overall the plantation was a good and close to the beach. Good to have a private beach for the plantation. Hopefully vacasa or the houseowner take these into considerations for future guests.

Location was great. The entire condo was very nice and spacious. Beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course. Steps going upstairs were very steep and somewhat difficult to maneuver.

This was a fantastic property and when our travels bring us back to Hilton Head, we would certainly stay here again. Though we had to work this trip, it was very relaxing watching golfers play into the #7 green while on the deck. Also the great location within Shipyard made for easy bike rides to our local favorites. Top Notch!!
